We collect structural project parameters (area, material, location) to improve the precision of our estimation models. This data is processed through secured AI infrastructure.
2. Lead Data Processing
Personal data captured during lead generation (Name, Email, Phone) is encrypted and only shared with verified demolition contractors when explicitly requested by the user.
3. AI Engine Interaction Data
Prompts sent to our AI insights engine are anonymized before transmission to ensure project confidentiality.
4. Rights & Governance
Users have the right to request the deletion of their project history and lead data at any time by contacting our security team via hello@demolitioncostestimator.com.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Demolition Cost Estimator uses essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies (via Vercel Web Analytics) to understand usage patterns. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
Estimation data is retained for 12 months to improve model accuracy. Lead data is retained for 6 months unless deletion is requested. All data retention complies with applicable data protection regulations.
7. Data Security Measures
All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Database records are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.
8. International Data Transfers
For users outside the United States, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States where our servers are located. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers.
9. Children's Privacy
Demolition Cost Estimator services are intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
